Superior to Other Synthetic Ice Products
Far superior to previous artificial ice compounds, Super-Glide™ offers less resistance, creating a skating experience almost identical to real ice. In the past, synthetic ice skating rinks required the liberal application of silicone to the artificial ice surface creating a wet, oily surface which attracted dirt and other contaminants. These could contribute to a reduction in glide and a chattering effect that was a result of dry spots.

With the Super-Glide™ product the lubrication comes from within the chemical make-up of the product itself. Also, Super-Glide™ has a solid core, and is not just a thin layer of product laminated to a wood core as most of our competitors products are. No matter how much use you give your Super-Glide™ skating surface you will never cut down through a top layer to something that isn't slippery. Super-Glide™ is slippery through and through.

How Does Super-Glide™ Work?
When you skate on ice you are actually skating on water because the blade is causing friction which generates heat and melts the ice. With Super-Glide™ the blade causes the same friction and heat, but this now causes a release of the lubricants integral in the chemical make-up of the core substance in the Super-Glide™ skating surface. This is what sets us apart from the competition. With silicone based products, like our competitors use, the blade cuts through the silicone and hits dry spots which cause the blade to give the skater a "chattering" feel. This also increases the friction, making skating more difficult. This problem is exactly what led to the scientific development of Super-Glide™ and it's unique formulation which eliminates the "chattering" and allows the blade to glide smoothly at all times.

	Lighter Weight Indoor/Outdoor Goal This roller hockey goal is a lighter version of our customer favorite street hockey goal, but it's every bit as strong, and even more convenient. Portable and easy to assemble and pack away, it's made of galvanized steel with an orange powdercoat, and features knotless nylon small-mesh netting. 	Folding Heavy Duty Goal This heavy duty, portable, folding hockey goal is constructed of 1 5/8" OD galvanized steel tubing.
